101S-1 & 101S-2 Series Hydraulic Steering Control Units

The 101S-1 and 101S-2 series of fully hydraulic steering units inherit the steering functions of the 101 series, from their structure to their operating principles.

Description:

The 101S-1 and 101S-2 hydraulic steering control units are designed for agricultural machinery, construction equipment and mobile hydraulic systems. Their compact housings can be configured with relief, shock, suction and check valves according to steering circuit requirements.

The series supports open-center non-reaction and open-center reaction functions. Both versions are available from 50 to 200 mL/rev., while the 101S-1 version extends to 1,000 mL/rev.

• The shock valve pressure is set 6 MPa higher than the selected relief valve pressure.

Port and mounting configurations depend on the selected port code. Please provide the existing model, nameplate, port dimensions, flange connection threads and application requirements for final confirmation.

Reference depths: P, T, L and R ports — 15 mm; column mounting C and V — 16 mm.

How to Specify a 101S Steering Control Unit

Order Code Format:

101S – Function Code – Displacement – Relief Valve Setting – Port Code

Example: 101S-1-125-10-E

101S-1: Open-Center Non-Reaction
125: 125 mL/rev. displacement
10: 10 MPa relief valve setting
E: G1/2 oil ports with M10 flange connection

For this example, the shock valve setting is 16 MPa, which is 6 MPa higher than the selected relief valve setting.
